These terms apply when your business buys a website or monthly website services from YallaSite. Please read them before you pay.
1. Who we are
YallaSite is operated by the company that operates YallaSite, a company registered in the United Kingdom. We build websites for businesses in the United Arab Emirates.
2. What you buy
A website customised for your business, as shown in your preview, with the domain and extras you choose at checkout. Your order summary lists exactly what is included.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Your order summary shows any VAT before you pay.
You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe, or by bank transfer where we offer it.
4. Delivery
Because the website is customised for you, it is delivered and made available to you as soon as your payment is confirmed. We aim to put it live within 2 working days, and small changes are included for 14 days.
5. No refunds
Your website is made for your business and is available to you from the moment you pay, so it cannot be returned. There are no refunds once payment is made.
6. Monthly services
Monthly services renew every month on the card you paid with until you cancel them.
You can cancel at any time with one month's notice, in your client portal, on WhatsApp or by email. A cancelled service keeps running, and is billed as usual, to the end of the billing month in which your month's notice ends, then stops. For example, notice on 23 October means the service runs to 30 November.
